Glass fiber plus PTFE coating – it doesn’t get much more stable than this in the area of fabrics and membranes. We have made the test.
We wrapped material from Forflon and tapped it into tapes, including a self-adhesive glass fabric. The photos show the perfect result achieved by the NEPATA 1900 ADWS cut-off machine. For such demanding cases we use the special 5mm blade with oblique grind together with our unique jaw lubrication system for the parting head. This specifically wets the blade with silicone oil.
